Farm Construction

 

Phase 1

Phase 1 of construction saw the completion of initial farm infrastructure in 2021. Items completed are:

  • Two water reservoirs

  • Water well

  • Pump house

  • Electrical system

  • Farm Access Driveway

  • Planting of  8,200 hazelnut trees.



 
 

Phase 2

Phase 2 will encompass the building of poultry production infrastructure. We anticipate this phase to last from 2022 to 2023. Infrastructure to be built is listed below:

  • 6 Broiler Coops 

  • 15 Grain Bins

  • 12 Acres of Ranging Paddocks

  • Field Access Roads

  • Paddock Irrigation Systems

Phase 3

Phase 3 of construction will continue to make the farm a home and community hub, with the items listed below being built from 2022 to 2024:

  • Farmhouse

  • Agritourism Infrastructure

    (campsites, hiking trails)

  • Events Barn

  • Machine Shed

  • Tiny Houses for artist In residency program
